FAQs

Can lifestyle changes improve my child’s health?

Yes. A child’s sleep, nutrition, movement, routines, emotional environment and screen habits can all influence their physical and emotional well-being.

Keeping up with the rapid pace of change is challenging. Modern family life can make it difficult to maintain healthy routines. Small, intentional changes can make a meaningful difference over time, especially when they are realistic, consistent and tailored to your child and family.

Do you support sleep, nutrition and anxiety concerns?

Yes. Concerns around sleep, nutrition and anxiety-related symptoms can be supported through health coaching sessions.

They may also be discussed during a standard medical consultation if they are relevant to your child’s symptoms or wider health concerns.

What age children do you see?

Medical consultations are available for children and young people up to age 16.

For health coaching, early childhood is an especially important window. The first 1,000 days of a child’s life are a period of rapid growth, learning and development. However, it is never too late to make healthier choices and build better routines.

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Yes. Health coaching consultations can be arranged virtually or over the phone.

Virtual follow-up appointments may also be appropriate where a physical examination is not required.

Membership questions

Can I just make a single appointment?

Yes. I offer single 60-minute consultations, with no obligation to become a member.

You can also book a free 10-minute introductory discussion so I can understand what you need and guide you towards the most appropriate option.

What is the cost of the membership?

Membership costs £50 per week and is paid for a minimum of four weeks. Coaching sessions are purchased separately.

This means the initial membership commitment is £200.

Can I cancel my membership any time?

You can cancel your membership anytime after the minimum four-week period.

I recommend the minimum period because consistency, accountability and regular professional support are often more effective than dipping in and out.
