Membership Option
1:1 Family Health Coaching
For families who want personalised lifestyle support and prevention-focused care, I offer 1:1 family health coaching.
Lasting behavioural change usually requires consistency over time, which is why the programme runs for a minimum of four weeks.
We are then much more likely to embed that change until it becomes a habit and see lasting benefits.
What We Cover
Nutrition and gut health
We explore how diet may affect metabolic health, immune function, mental well-being and the gut microbiome. We can also consider how stress and lifestyle factors may contribute to concerns such as childhood eczema, ADHD, autoimmune illness, chronic abdominal pain and other physical symptoms.
M.E.N.D.S. wellness domains
We address movement, environmental factors, nurturing practices, community connections, diet and sleep hygiene.
Practical changes at home
The focus is on simple, realistic swaps and routines that can be built gradually and maintained over time.
Virtual Consultations
I provide virtual medical and health coaching consultations, with the option for home visits within South West London where appropriate.
Virtual appointments can provide convenient follow-up support after an initial face-to-face consultation, where a physical examination is not required.
Live Events & Group Workshops
I offer interactive workshops covering key child health and well-being topics at a venue of your choice in South West London. They are usually 2 hours including a Q&A.
These educational sessions include presentations, lived examples and time for questions. They are suitable for parent groups, schools and nurseries, and aim to provide practical take-home tips while helping to dispel common myths.
Please note that specific medical questions about individual children cannot be addressed during group workshops. You can book a free, no-obligation 10-minute consultation.
